Easy shrimp scampi bake (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 ?.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
  3. When butter melts completely, remove from heat.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Pour butter mixture over shrimp.
  6. Bake12 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Serve over rice.
