Eat until your skinny zucchini pizza pasta (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Peel zucchini with veggie peeler(chopping both ends off) and then julienne it to where it resembles pasta.
  3. Slice and dice tomatos & let the juices drain.
  4. Place the olive oil in the bottom of a casserole dish & cover dish with non stick spray as well.
  5. Place zucchini and tomatos in dish and add seasonings.
  6. Toss until everything blend well.
  7. Top off with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake30-35 minutes or until the top is golden , Yummy :D.
  9. I enjoy topping my serving with MAKOTO Honey Ginger Dressing from Winn Dixie or simply dipping your pasta into this dressing is delish
