Hot garlic shrimp (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, olive oil and garlic in a 1 quart glass casserole; sprinkle with red pepper flakes, cumin and lemon juice.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and vent edge; microwave on high until shrimp are pink and cooked, 3-4 minutes, turning once.
  3. Let stand, covered, for 1 minute. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
