Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 8F.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together.
  3. Cream butter, add mozzarella and blend.
  4. Add flour mixture, mix well and shape into small balls.
  5. Place balls on lightly greased baking sheet.
  6. Bakefor 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot/warm.
  8. Note:Cheese Puffs may be frozen unbaked.
  9. Adjust cooking time if Puffs are placed in the oven while still frozen.
