Pizza bianca with goat cheese and greens (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Prepare seasoned oil:
  2. Mix oil, garlic, and red pepper in small bowl. Let stand 1 hour.
  3. For topping:
  4. Cook chard in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 2 minutes. Drain.
  5. Rinse under cold water; drain. Squeeze dry, then coarsely chop.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in small skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add garlic and stir 30 seconds. Add chard and stir 1 minute.
  8. Season to taste with salt.
  9. Assembling:
  10. Place prepared crust on baking sheet.
  11. Sprinkle mozzarella over crust, leaving 1-inch border.
  12. Scatter chard over mozzarella.
  13. Top with goat cheese.
  14. Brush crust edge with some of seasoned oil.
  15. Set aside 2 teaspoons seasoned oil; drizzle remaining oil over pizza.
  16. Bakepizza until crust is brown, about 15 minutes.
  17. Remove from oven; brush edge with seasoned oil and serve.
