Rosemary oregano chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Add chicken and turn to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour chicken and marinade into a large baking pan.
  4. Bakeat 400 degrees for one hour or until chicken is nicely browned and juices run clear.
  5. For this recipe, boneless chicken breasts can also be substituted. Cut the baking time to 30-35 minutes.
