Spinach with fried tofu (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Boil chopped spinach and fenugreek leaves in water.
  2. Take a thick bottom pan, heat oil.
  3. Sautv onions till brown, then add in ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder.
  4. Cook this for a while and then add tomato paste, and cook till oil separates.
  5. Then add boiled spinach and fenugreek leaves.
  6. Cook this on low flame for 25 minutes.
  7. Finally add cream and fried tofu,serve with rice or Indian bread.
