Tangy baked shrimp (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the first 8 ingredients; stir to combine.
  2. Pour mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  3. Add in the shrimp, toss to coat.
  4. Marinate 1 hour, at room temperature, turning occasionally.
  5. Put baking dish in a 425 8 oven and bakeshrimp uncovered with marinade for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
  6. Spoon shrimp with a little sauce over hot cooked rice.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
