Veggie ham and eggs (recipe)


  1. In a skillet, sautv the ham, mushrooms, pepper and onions in butter for 6 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk and salt.
  3. Remove ham mixture from skillet; keep warm.
  4. In same skillet, add egg mixture; cook and stir til eggs are slightly set.
  5. Add ham mixture.
  6. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
