Free-style pork chops (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 8F Season pork chops with pepper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, roasted red peppers, black olives, basil, olive oil and garlic. Toss to mix.
  3. In a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat, heat canola oil; reduce heat to medium and add pork chops. Fry chops for 30 seconds on each side, just to brown.
  4. Pile feta mixture evenly over 4 chops, covering them entirely. If you don't have an oven-proof skillet, place chops on a baking sheet. Place chops in oven and cook for 5 minutes or until pork is just cooked with a hint of pink inside
