Herb-baked scallops (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Put butter and seasonings in 13 x 9 baking pan and put prepared pan in oven; heat to 350 degrees (F).
- Rinse scallops in cold water; pat dry.
- Remove pan from oven; stir to combine melted butter and seasonings.
- Add scallops; toss in butter mixture.
- Return pan to oven; bake15-25 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes to coat scallops with butter mixture.
