Lemon and parmesan fish (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Thaw fish if frozen. Coat a 15 by 10 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place fish in prepared pan, tucking under any thin edges.
- In a small bowl combine corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, butter, lemon peel, and pepper.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture over the top of fish. Bakein a 450 oven for 4-6 minutes per O inch thickness of fish or until fish flakes easily with a fork and crumbs are brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
