Recipe instructions
- Line bottom of pan with sliced onions. If using peppers and or garlic add them too.
- Place fillets on top of the vegetables.
- Pour lemon juice over all. Add some water if desired. The fish will release its own juices so it probably won't be too dry..
- Sprinkle seasonings over all.
- Cover and bakeat 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. If the fish is frozen (not thawed) double the cooking time.
- Garnish with lemon slices or wedges if desired.
