Salmon with muenster cheese and dill (recipe)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In baking dish, place salmon skin side down.
  3. Cover with wine, butter and juice of 1 lemon.
  4. Spread mustard evenly on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bakein 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and cover with cheese and dill.
  7. Return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
