Wontons (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In a bowl mix meat first, then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Place 1 tsp At a time on each wrapper, moisten edges and fold in half diagonally then press edges to seal.
- Fold over the two opposite corners and pinch together.
- Deep fry in 375 8F oil until golden brown.
- May be eaten freshly cooked or individually frozen and placed in bags, then remove from freezer heat on a cookie sheet in a 350 8F oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with plum sauce.
