Capellini with hot garlic sauce (recipe)


  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the peppers and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the crushed red pepper and wine and bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Season with pepper and salt and toss with the hot capellini.
  7. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
