Indian-spiced roast salmon (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
  2. Brush fillets evenly with lime juice.
  3. Mix together the salt and next 5 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over fish.
  4. Bakein a 425 8F oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  5. Combine yogurt and cilantro; serve with fish.
