Recipe instructions
- Place artichoke hearts in food processor. Pulse a few times. You may dice by hand if you do not own a food processor.
- Squeeze any remaining liquid out of thawed spinach.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to oven-safe dish.
- Bakefor 20 - 25 minutes at 375 degrees. OR place in crockpot on low and heat through (about 90 minutes).
- Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
