Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Pour oil into baking dish, coat the bottom of the pan; arrange the cod fillets in the dish, pat dry with paper towel.
- Spread fillets with Alouette cheese spread; 1 tablespoon on each fillet, top with drained tomatoes, parsley, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning then spray with butter flavored spray.
- Bakeuncovered in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
