Recipe instructions

  1. Remove the ends of beans with your hands or with a knife.
  2. Cut them into 1\ pieces. Set aside.
  3. Cut the Shallots and keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and dry red chilly. Sautv it.
  5. Add the Shallots and sautv it till it turns golden colour.
  6. Add the Curry leaves.
  7. Now add the Turmeric Powder and sautv it.
  8. Add the chopped long beans. Sautv it for a while.
  9. If you find it is dry, sprinkle little water and mix until beans is cooked.
  10. Serve it with hot rice
