Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 8F.
  2. Oil a baking pan.
  3. Season fish with salt and pepper and arrange in baking pan.
  4. Combine tomato sauce, wine and oregano and pour over fish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake10-15 or until fillet centers turn opaque.
  6. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the fish.
  7. Slice the other half into 4 wedges and serve with the fillets.
