Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 or preheat Bbq grill on medium low.
- Descale the fish. Please look up how to do this. Easiest clean up for me is to use a plastic bag in the sink and descale the fish over the bag.
- Rinse off the fish with water. Tap water is fine.
- If cooking in oven Cover a casserole dish or if bbq make a foil boat (please look up how) then place fish skin down so the pink fleshy part is facing up.
- Sprinkle dry ingredients over fish.
- Pour Italian dressing all over salmon. Use a little more if needed.
- Cut up half of your lemon into slices arrange over center of salmon, the other half lemon squeeze the juice over the fish
- Place your fish on bbq or in oven cook for about 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden edges appears. Your fish will be ready when it has stiffened up and will be flakey or come apart gently in layers.
- Serve with rice or red potatoes.
