Egg bread replacement (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat over to 300F and grease a baking sheet.
- Separate the egg white from egg yolks and place in separate bowls.
- Whip the eggs whites.
- Mix the egg yolks with the greek yogurt.
- Mix the egg yolks with the greek yogurt.
- Form into patties and place on greased baking sheet.
- Add any designed toppings. Examples include poppy, sesame or sunflower seeds.
- Bakeat 300F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
