Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 350-400.
  2. Place a large piece of heavy duty foil on a work surface.
  3. Place fish on foil and drizzle with olive oil spreading to coat both side of fish place in the center of the foil.
  4. Top with the ginger, garlic and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with pepper.
  6. Sprinkle the wine, scallions, seasme seeds and soy on top.
  7. Bring sides of foil up and seal.
  8. Place on grill on indirect heat.
  9. Cook and let steam for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness and heat of grill.
  10. Plate and drizzle with hoisin sauce
