Recipe instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 425°F Pat chicken dry and season skin-side with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small container until a thick paste is formed.
  3. 3.Rub sauce all over chicken, both top and bottom. Then lay on a wire rack over a baking sheet covered in foil.
  4. 4.Bakefor 40-50 minutes until skin is crisp and charring appears.
  5. 5.Remove from oven and let rest. Mix spinach, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and leftover chicken fat from the pan together and serve
