Herbed pizza biscuits (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 35o. In a small bowl, combine Bisquick, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning; blend well.
- Pinch off about 2 teaspoons of dough, roll into a ball and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Repeat until all of the dough has been used up.
- Top each ball with a slice of pepperoni; press to flatten slightly.
- Bakeuntil pepperoni is bubbly and biscuit is golden around the edges, about 10 minutes.
