Homemade rosemary tincture! (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Gently\bruise\ the rosemary strips by\hammering\ very gently on the same.
  2. Use your fist to do this on a wood cutting board.
  3. Take an amber or dark glass bottle and pour the alcohol in it.
  4. Add the cut and bruised rosemary strips to it.
  5. Cover the bottle with its cap.
  6. Shake vigorously for a minute.
  7. Place in a cool and dark place for 6-8 weeks{shake for a minute every week}.
  8. Strain the\tincture\ from the remaining plant pieces.
  9. Store in a cool and dark place.
