Shrimp scampi a la patrece (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Thaw and peel jumbo shrimp. Rinse and drain.
- Melt 1/4 Smart Balance in a large wok. Mince two large cloves of garlic into hot oil. Add finely chopped rosemary and pineapple sage.
- Add a squirt or two of Worchestershire sauce or Bragg's.
- Cook about 2 minutes until garlic is golden.
- Add shrimp and cook, turning often, for about 6 minutes until opaque. Lightly sprinkle with onion salt.
- YUMMY!.
