Hot cheese dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Put the two blocks of cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and soften in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Add chopped onions.
- Add mayonnaise.
- Add the shredded parmesan cheese.
- Add the monterey jack cheese.
- Mix well with a fork until it is blended.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish or pie pan using the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly.
- Bakeat 425F for 20 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.
- Enjoy with tortilla chips!.
