Clean shrimp and store in refrigerator until just before serving. Preheat broiler. Heat oil in a large, heavy, ovenproof skillet; add butter, garlic, and italian seasoning. Add shrimp and saute until almost done, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle shrimp with parsley, bread crumbs and cheese. Place scampi under broiler for 30 seconds, just long enough for cheese to bubble slightly. Serve immediately
