Fennel seed and thyme crusted grilled shrimp (recipe)


  1. Peel and devein shrimp.
  2. In a shallow dish, cover eight bamboo skewers with water; set aside to soak.
  3. In a small bowl, combine spices and oil. Add the shrimp to coat.
  4. Heat gas grill to medium heat.
  5. Divide shrimp onto 8 skewers, threading them through the sides.
  6. Season with salt.
  7. Grill until the shrimp are golden brown on both sides and opaque at the center, about 2 minutes per side.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.
