Recipe instructions
- Roll up fish fillets; place seam side down in ungreased baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix sour cream, cheese, paprika and tarragon; spread over vish.
- Cook uncovered in 350F oven until done, approx 20 - 30 minutes.
- Sprinkl with onions.
- Garnish with cherry tomato halves if desired.
