Four pepper blast with sesame seed (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Heat sesame oil and butter in 4-quart sauce pan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Reduce heat to low; continue cooking until peppers are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
- Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame seed. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed.
