Recipe instructions
- Combine mayo, egg whites, garlic powder, pepper, and nutmet.
- Add onion, parmesan, spinach (with moisture squeezed out), and mix thoroughly.
- Add stuffing and mix well.
- Cover and chill 1/2 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F Grease baking sheet. Roll spinach mix into balls the size of walnuts and place on baking sheet (they can be close together since they won't expand).
- Bake30 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Serve hot.
