Napa's sourdough bread dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Cut off the top of the Sourdough round.
  3. Hollow out the bread to form a bowl shape (Save the left over bread).
  4. Combine onions, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Ham and Cheese.
  5. Mix until completely blended.
  6. Fill the Bread shell with the cream cheese mixture and replace the top of the bread.
  7. Bakefor 25 minutes.
  8. Cut up the left over bread into bite size pieces and use for dipping.
  9. I cut up extra sourdough bread or serve crackers with this dip.
  10. Enjoy!.
