Quest fundido dip with chorizo (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- in an 8\inch skillet, brown chorizo and sausage over medium heat, breaking up into tiny pieces. Transfer to a bowl.
- Wipe skillet clean. Add onions & shallot to pan and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Transfer mixture to bowl & toss with sausage until combined.
- Spread half of the cheese in an 8x8\ baking dish. Top with sausage and onion mixture and spread remaining cheese on top.
- Bakefor 20 minutes until melted and bubbling. Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips
