Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 8.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; scatter the spinach all over the crust and drizzle with the oil.
- Evenly distribute the prosciutto, parmesan, and garlic on top of the spinach.
- Make 4 wells in the spinach topping, spacing them so there is 1 well on each quarter of the pizza.
- Crack 1 egg into each of the wells.
- Bakefor 12-15 minutes, until the spinach is wilted and the egg whites are fully cooked.
- Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste.
