Fillet almondine (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place fish in a small, greased baking pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish.
  3. Drizzle with 2 T melted butter.
  4. Combine soup with wine and stir to a smooth sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until simmering.
  5. Pour over fish.
  6. Bakefor 20- 25 minutes.
  7. While fish is baking, saute almonds in remaining 2 T butter for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Add lemon juice to almonds and blend well.
  9. Remove fish from oven, transfer fish and sauce to a serving platter and pour almonds on top
