No waste roasted garlic (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Don't peel the garlic and leave the head intact.
- Cut about 1/4 inch off the top of each bulb.
- Put the garlic bulbs on a sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Wrap the foil around the garlic and seal to make a package.
- Shake the package to distrubute the oil.
- Place the foil package, seam side up in a baking dish.
- Bakeuntil the garlic cloves are soft, about 30 minutes. The clove should easily be pierced by a knife.
- To use: squeeze garlic from the skins.

Store cloves in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
