Recipe instructions
- Mix all ingredients into Beef thoroughly. Ensure that the mixture is of a even texture of spices and ingredients.
- Let stand in Fridge for about 20mins.
- Have a cold drink and light the Bar-B-Q.
- Create balls of meat (about the size of a grapefruit) and work very well. You'll know it's worked when your fingers pick up fat from the beef.
- Work into a flattened patty, creating a dimple in the center of the patty so that cooking will not create a 'ball' of beef.
- Cook until juices run clear. If you like a charred taste, cook on higher heat with lid closed. For a regular finish, cook on medium/high with lid open.
- Rotate burgers when meat naturally releases from grill.
- Flip once, repeat rotate when meat releases from grill.
- Enjoy with Sauteed - Mushrooms, Red Peppers and Onions - and of course, A Cold Beer.
