Recipe instructions
- Combine, roll into balls, coat in combined cornflour and chicken stock powder.
- Spray with cooking spray, bakeat 180 C for 15 mins or until cooked, turning once. Time will depend on size of meat balls. Can be panfried in olive oil but this will increase fat content.
