Recipe instructions

  1. Heat grill pan or skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the meat, Worcestershire, chili powder, cumin, thyme and grill seasoning.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and make 6 patties.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes or so on each side, or until desired doneness.
