Beef bites (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Drain the raisins and mince into very fine bits. Combine with onion, ground beef, yogurt, pine nuts, cumin powder and seasoning, to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Divide the dough into 30 pieces and roll into balls or cut the puff pastry into 30 squares.
- Flatten each dough ball or puff pastry piece with your thumb to make a well. Fill the well with a spoonful of meat filling and press in the sides to make a square.
- Place on a baking sheet and bakefor 15 minutes. Serve immediately
