Egg roll in a bowl (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat sesame seed oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions. Sautv until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Add the ground pork, ground ginger, salt, pepper, and Sriracha or garlic chili sauce. Sautv until pork is cooked through.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix, coconut aminos or soy sauce, and rice wind vinegar. Sautv until coleslaw is tender.
  5. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
