Stromboli (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 8F.
  2. Thaw dough and roll out into an 11x16 inch rectangle (approximate) and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Spread cottage cheese over dough.
  4. Layer pepperoni, hamburger, and mushrooms, then cheeses.
  5. Roll up the 16 inch side and seal the edges.
  6. Bakefor 30-35 minutes at 350 or until bread dough is lightly browned.
  7. Slice and spoon hot pizza sauce over the stromboli.
