The martine inn cheese and spinach puffs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Add onion to frozen spinach; cook as directed on package.
  2. Drain well, pressing out liquid.
  3. Add cheese, salad dressing, butter and garlic powder to beaten eggs; mix well.
  4. Stir in spinach mixture and muffin mix.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until mixture is easy to handle.
  6. Butter cookie sheets.
  7. Shape spinach mixture into 1\ balls and place on prepared cookie sheet.
  8. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
  9. To serve, preheat oven to 350 8F.
  10. Uncover balls; bakerefrigerated puffs for 12-15 minutes (bakefrozen puffs for 18-20 minutes) or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm with Dijon mustard.
