Chicken breasts - stuffed (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut a pocket into each chicken fillet.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, adding the spring onions, cook for 2 minutes stirring.
  3. Add drained crab meat, lemon juice and cream, cook for 1 minute and season. allow to cool.
  4. Fill the pockets with the stuffing, heat oil in pan and add the chicken browning until golden.
  5. Place in a greased dish and bakein a moderate oven 180 8C for 25 - 30 minutes.
  6. Can be served either with salads, or new potatoes, fresh vegetables and a sauce of your choice.
