Amazingly good chicken salad (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts until tender (about 45 minutes).
  2. Cool and remove chicken from bones and chop fine.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Good Seasons Italian seasoning, lemon juice and salt and pepper (if desired)- add to chicken and mix well.
  4. Better if made the day before serving so flavors can meld.
  5. Refrigerate immediately.
  6. May need to add extra mayonnaise the next day and a little extra seasoning if desired.
