Recipe instructions

  1. Roll bacon on 3 steamed baby asparagus, make sure you expose the asparagus tips.
  2. Arrange on plate.
  3. Continue until you finish making all the asparagus bundles.
  4. Put mayonnaise, onion, cilantro and sugar in a food processor.
  5. Pulse for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  6. Spoon dressing across asparagus bundles (middle part where the bacon is securely rolled up).
  7. Yummmmm!.
