Avocado and prosciutto bites (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cut avocado in half, remove seed and discard, peel rind.
- Cut halves into 5 wedges of avocado (10 wedges for one avocado).
- Wrap one slice of prosciutto around avocado. Repeat for all 10 wedges.
- Arrange wedges on serving plate.
- In small bowl, combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Mix well and pour atop avocado wedges.
- Sprinle with fresh craked pepper and serve.
